A Message from the President & CEO

For over 20 years, Community Care, Inc. (CCI) has been partnering with individuals, and their families, to help them reach the highest possible level of personal potential and independence.

Although services today are very different from 20 years ago, we believe the foundation of excellent care begins with communication between the individuals we serve, every staff member at CCI, our Board of Directors and volunteers, and people like you who share our vision of helping these individuals achieve independence.

At CCI, our top priorities are:

  • To treat every individual, family member, employee, donor, and stakeholder with the utmost dignity and respect
  • To ensure quality and continuity of care in the least restrictive setting and include individuals in all decisions regarding their care
  • To provide high quality services that lead to better outcomes
  • To provide ongoing training, resources, and support for CCI staff
  • To promote the contribution of individuals with disabilities as members of our communities
