Community Care, Inc. offers programs and services to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, mental illness and brain injury in the following Iowa counties: Clinton, Scott, Jackson, Jones, Cedar, Linn, Marion, Chickasaw and Howard. Currently, over 600 individuals receive CCI services through 6 programs:
- Residential Care Facilities (RCF)
- Intermediate Care Facilities for the Intellectually Disabled (ICF/ID)
- Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
- Supported Community Living (SCL)
- Home Health Care (HHC)
- Vocational Services
